Our energy rating for apartments is B meaning it could save you up to 56% on energy bills and produce 80% less CO2 emissions compared to the average rental home which is rated D. We were the first developer globally to be certified as AirRated GOLD rated for indoor air quality*, and even hand-select furniture for buildings that can be upcycled or recycled after use rather than consigned to landfill. We’ve even designed some apartments with exposed ceilings & pipework celebrating raw materials that both reduces consumption of more building materials whilst adding distinct interior design style from NY warehouse (like Ferrum) to contemporary brutalist chic (like Beton or Repton Gardens).  

Across our acres of private resident gardens, our landscape designers have purposefully considered an array of planting, resident allotments and other ways to boost biodiversity, wildlife & encourage pollinators, as well as designing beautiful places to relax. Gyms & fitness spaces are in all our buildings. And then there’s WFH areas designed to support you in hybrid working and allow residents from different occupational fields and backgrounds to meet. 

We built in the UK’s 1st vacuum waste disposal system and now our average resident now recycles 5x times more than national average. Utilising the latest tech, we track apartment energy & water usage helping both us and our residents reduce wastage and overall consumption and we even harvest rainwater to water gardens and planting. And of course there’s the basics such as using energy-efficient LED lightbulbs and PIR sensors in areas like utility cupboards and communal corridors, electric car charging points, bike storage, access to car clubs and more. 

We host over 100 resident events a year designed to allow our residents to meet their neighbours or enjoy with their friends and family at everything from quiz night, art club, exclusive gigs or foodie experiences with likes of brands such as Sofar Sounds, Michellin starred chefs, School of Life or Secret Cinema. It means they can be as much or as little a part of our community as they want. Plus our resident app & resident-led social media groups allow residents to do everything from buy, swap or sell items to arrange social meets.

Gyms and fitness spaces are designed into every building and we partner with Antidote’s fitness professionals to bring you group exercise, PT and wellbeing classes (for a small extra fee). We’ve even hosted resident events to support our residents’ professional and personal development with the likes of the School of Life, dance classes with Oti Mabuse and Mick Clegg, a former coach with Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United.

Wembley Park and Quintain Living support sustainable travel giving residents a true ‘15min neighbourhood’ with most of what they need on their doorstep. Thanks to the clever use of pedestrianisation and innovations like our building’s vacuum recycling system called Envac - which pulls all waste to one central point in the neighbourhood - the impact of vehicles is reduced whether that be from event-goers, shoppers or bin lorries, thereby reducing traffic, vehicle emissions, noise pollution and aiding air quality. And then there’s the Yellow Pavilion – a  local community centre like no other with a huge programme of classes, events, courses and more.  ​
